Akelli is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language action-thriller film
directed by Pranay Meshram in his directorial debut.
The film follows Jyoti, an ordinary Indian girl who takes up
a job as a supervisor in a garments factory in Mosul, Iraq, to support her
family financially. However, she becomes trapped in a war-torn area and must
fight for her survival when a terrorist attack occurs.
The film stars Nushrratt Bharuccha in the lead role, along
with Nishant Dahiya, Tsahi Halevi, Rajesh Jais, Amir Boutrous, and others. The
film is produced by Ninad Vaidya, Nitin Vaidya, Aparna Padgaonkar, Shashant
Shah, and Vicky Sidana. The cinematography is handled by Pushkar Singh, and the
music is composed by Hitesh Sonik, Gurshabad, Aman Pant, and Mehul Vyas.
