The film has a very intuitive story line where Sathyaraj and Radha who are both pick pocketeers fall in love and get married. With the help of Radha who also has a passion on art, Sathyaraj tries to create few forgery education certificates and applies for the post of police officer. He even succeeds in it. The rest forms the story.
